1. Accuracy of sizing- Dawg Bite Apparel adhere's to North American sizing standards which are noted in the sizing chart on the website.
2. Will the clothing shrink after washing? While our manufacturer produces 'pre-washed' garments, it is expected that the clothing may still shrink slightly upon washing. It is suggested that you wash the clothing in cold water and use low tumble dry for the best results in keeping the garment in its original shape and size.
3. Is there discounted pricing for larger orders? Yes. For single orders over $145 CDN (pre tax and shipping costs), customers are entitled to FREE Shipping and Handling costs for the existing order.
4. Does Dawg Bite guarantee a delivery date? While we try our best to deliver you your quality garment(s) within 10 business days of ordering, we can not guarantee an exact date of delivery. This is due to potential shipping issues at the manufacturer, inventory shortfalls and/or shipping delays with DHL (our preferred shipping and handling vendor).
5. Is there a return policy? Dawg Bite does allow returns as noted under the conditions in the Return Policy section of the website.
Dawg Bite Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date. The merchandise must not be worn, washed or altered in any way and must have all tags attached. Your shipment will have a return form that must be filled out and returned with the merchandise. Please allow 10 business days for refunds and processing time. All discounted items are final sale.
